• 1 rote Zwiebel

Die Rollgerste nach Packungsanleitung in Gemüsebrühe bissfest kochen und bei Bedarf in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen. Mexikanischen Salat und Paprika Salat ebenfalls in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen.

Zwiebel schälen und fein schneiden und in eine Schüssel geben. Salate, gekochte Rollgerste und Tomatenstücke hinzufügen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und verschiedenen Gewürzen abschmecken.

Tortilla Wraps füllen, einrollen und auf dem Griller wärmen.
