• 2 Stk. efko Rote Rüben (gekocht, vakuumiert)
• 100 g Frischkäse
• 1 kleine rote Zwiebel
• 2 TL efko Kren
• 1 El Olivenöl
• 50g Sonnenblumenkerne oder Walnüsse
• Salz, Pfeffer, Kümmel
• Kresse

Zwei Stück rote Rüben und Zwiebeln klein schneiden und in eine Schüssel füllen. Frischkäse, Olivenöl, Kren, Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen und kurz mit dem Stabmixer cremig pürieren. Es dürfen noch kleine Stücke zu sehen sein.

Sonnenblumenkerne oder Walnüsse in einer Pfanne fettfrei anrösten und gemeinsam mit Kümmel zum Aufstrich rühren.

Schmeckt sehr gut auf getoastetem Schwarzbrot und garniert mit Kresse.
