• 1 Zwiebel
• 1 Apfel
• Olivenöl
• Gemüsesuppe
• Salz und Pfeffer
• Kreuzkümmel gemahlen
• Petersilie
• 5 Cocktailtomaten

Linsen in einem Sieb gut abspülen und nach Packungsanweisung mit Gemüsebrühe aufgießen und kochen.

Zwiebel schälen, in feine Streifen schneiden und in etwas Olivenöl anschwitzen. Währenddessen einen Apfel in kleine Würfel schneiden und mit den Zwiebeln mitdünsten.

Den Karotten Salat aus dem Glas nehmen, abtropfen lassen und in eine Schüssel geben. Linsen, Zwiebeln und Apfel hinzufügen. Mit 4 Esslöffel Öl, Salz, Pfeffer und Kreuzkümmel würzen.

Auf Tellern anrichten und mit geviertelten Cocktailtomaten und gehackter Petersilie garnieren.
