Sauergemüse aus den Gläsern nehmen und abtropfen lassen. Abwechselnd Käse, Salami, Sauergemüse, Mozzarella und Trauben auf die Spieße stecken.  Alle Spieße auf einem Tuch oder Backpapier zu einem Strauß anrichten. Grissini und Soletti dazwischen stecken. Das untere Drittel der Spieße mit einer Schleife zusammenbinden.
