Winter salad bowl with falafel

Salad

Yogurt dip

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tsp Tahini
  • juice of half an orange
  • salt

Dressing

  • juice of a grapefruit
  • 4 tbsp raspberry dressing
  • 3 tbsp hazelnut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt

Garnish

  • fresh coriander

Divide the efko winter salad on two plates, spread the grapefruit and pomegranate seeds on top. Mix all ingredients for the dip, fill into two bowls and serve with the salad.

Prepare the salad dressing and marinate the efko winter salad with it. Put some oil in a pan and heat the falafel, add to the salad and garnish with coriander.
