Prepare the salt potatoes.

Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the flour and mix well. Pour in the cream and vegetable soup, add the bay leaf and let it boil for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the sauce. Season with nutmeg and the grated horseradish.
Arrange the fried salmon steaks on warmed plates with salt potatoes and the delicious horseradish sauce. Garnish with fresh dill.
